Purchase Limits

By default, listing packages have no stock management options like typical WooCommerce products do, so you’re out of luck if you want to limit how many paid packages can be purchased. This limitation is also one more thing to hinder your ability to maximize monetization opportunities. MyListing Pro lets you set Listing Package and Listing Subscription purchase limits globally and per customer. This not only helps you reduce how many packages can be purchased but also sets you up for creating availability scarcity to entice customers to sign up sooner rather than later. When a listing package is sold out, the Buy Package button will be replaced by “This package is sold out.”
  1. MyListing Pro → Listing Packages → Purchase Limits → Enable
  2. Save
  3. Products → Edit a Listing Package or Listing Subscription
  4. Set Package Stock for a site-wide cap, Per Customer Limit for one buyer, or both.
  5. Save

Listing Priority

MyListing listing packages can mark a listing as Featured, but to assign a Promoted or Custom priority, the listing owner must purchase a separate Promotion Package, or you, as the website owner, must set the priority manually. Requiring the additional purchase is a conversion killer and hinders your ability to monetize. MyListing Pro solves this problem, providing Listing Priority in one checkout, not two. You can set Listing Priority for a Listing Package or Listing Subscription so when a customer buys or switches to that plan, the listing gets that ranking for as long as the package applies.
  • One checkout, not two. Customers pay for one plan and get the Listing Priority.
  • **Listing Priority **stays for the life of the package.
  • Active Listing Promotions keep applying a boost, and when they end, the Listing Priority comes back.
  1. MyListing Pro → Listing Packages → Listing Priority → Enable
  2. Save
  3. Products → Edit a Listing Package or Listing Subscription
  4. Set Listing Priority to Promoted or Custom with a min value of 3 (Note: MyListing already provides a checkbox for a Featured priority, which is why it’s not a setting of MyListing Pro.)
  5. Save

Pinned Listing Packages

Keep listings purchased with the selected listing packages at the front of Explore and Listing Feed results, regardless of the filtering and search performed by users of your website. This helps you further monetize and sell higher-priced listing packages by promising that listings will always appear first.
  1. MyListing Pro → Listing Packages → Pinned Listing Packages → Enable
  2. Save
  3. Products → Edit a Listing Package or Listing Subscription
  4. Pin Listing Package → Enable
  5. Pin On Listing Types → Choose listing type(s)
  6. Save
MyListing doesn’t provide a way to customize the badges for featured listing packages, which limits your ability to sell what you want to sell most. MyListing Pro allows you to easily style and add text to the badges, as well as set unique text badges on a per-product basis.
  • Custom Design: You can easily change the badge’s background color, size, and position, as well as the color, size, and position of the badge text.
  • Per Product Badges: Instead of all badges saying the same thing, you can add custom text to badges on a per-product (listing package) basis.
