Elementor Listing Contact Forms

Send listing contact forms to the right inbox, automatically. Add an Elementor Contact Form block to your listing type, and choose an Elementor Form template. MyListing Pro handles the rest, pulling the recipient email address from the listing’s Contact Email field and dynamically populating your form’s Send To field. If the listing Contact Email field is empty, MyListing Pro can be configured to send contact form submissions to the listing author (site owner or listing owner) by simply clicking a checkbox. Enable the feature
  1. MyListing Pro → Elementor module → Elementor Listing Contact Forms → Enable Enable Listing Contact Forms
  2. Optionally set Send to Listing Author When Contact Email Field Is Empty (enabled by default).
  3. Click Save changes.
Create an Elementor form template
  1. Elementor → Templates → Add either a classic or Atomic Form widget
  2. Configure the fields and email action as you normally would in Elementor. The To field can be ignored; MyListing Pro overrides it for listings.
  3. Publish the template.
Add the block to a listing type
  1. Edit a Listing Type → Single Listing → Add an Elementor Contact Form block to the desired tab
  2. Choose your Elementor form template from the dropdown.
  3. Save the listing type.
Test with listings that have a contact email address added
  1. Edit a Listing → Ensure the Contact Email field is populated
  2. View the single listing page and submit the form.
  3. Confirm the message arrives at the listing’s contact address.
No, MyListing Pro does this step automatically, pulling from the Contact Email field or by falling back to the listing author’s (site owner or listing owner) email address.

If Send to Listing Author When Contact Email Field Is Empty is enabled (default), the listing author’s account email will be used. If disabled and no valid email exists, the form is hidden.
  • **When the listing has a valid contact email (or author fallback applies): **Visitors see your Elementor-designed form on the listing tab. Submissions email the resolved contact address.
  • **When there is no valid recipient and fallback is off: **The contact form block may not appear on the listing page at all.
  • **When Contact Email is empty but author fallback is on: **The form still appears (if the author has a valid WordPress email), and submissions go to the listing author.

Open Popups From the MyListing Header CTA Button

Open the MyListing header call-to-action button in an Elementor popup instead of sending visitors to another page, so you can collect signups, show an add listing form without leaving the page, or whatever else you can dream up. Many sites want the MyListing header button (Theme Tools → Theme Options → Header → Show Call to Action Button) to open a form or offer in a popup, not to navigate away. MyListing Pro allows you to connect the header button to any published Elementor popup. Turn it on. Select your popup. Done!

Sortable Template Columns

Key columns in the Templates table are now sortable, so you can locate and manage your templates more quickly. 2nd-level sorting allows you to do more fine-grained sorting of your templates. For example, you can first sort by template Type and then by Instance. When enabled, these key Elementor Template columns become sortable:

Coming Soon Bypass

Elementor only allows users to bypass Coming Soon or Maintenance mode if they hold a particular role, which means they need to be logged in. MyListing Pro gives you total flexbility and convenience when it comes to providing access to users, even if they’re logged out. MyListing Pro provides a default preview link for browsing the site while it is locked to the public, and as the site owner, you can customize the link to make it even more secret.

IP Exclusion List

MyListing site owners can specify user IP addresses so that those users can completely bypass Coming Soon/Maintenance mode without needing to enter a preview link into their browser. Frequently Asked Questions (Coming Soon Bypass)
Once the feature is enabled, it’s super easy to configure the available options to allow public viewing of your site.

Your host or caching plugin may be serving a saved copy of the page. Clear all levels of caching (CDN, server, plugin, etc.) and then open the preview link again.
This setting says to also consider X-Forwarded-For, X-Real-IP, and CF-Connecting-IP when matching the IP allowlist.Leave off unless a trusted reverse proxy or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare, Nginx in front of WordPress) sets these headers; otherwise, an attacker can spoof the headers and bypass the IP allowlist.

Unlock the Listings Post Type

MyListing hides the listing post type from Elementor Pro by default. This prevents Elementor’s Theme Builder, Loop Builder, and Posts query controls from ever offering Listings as an option. MyListing Pro unlocks the listing post type so you can take full advantage of Elementor’s Display Conditions as they relate to listings. Usage Examples
