MyListing website owners must edit every taxonomy page and each Listing Feed on that page to specify the taxonomies they want to filter by. MyListing Pro saves you a ton of time by letting you sync taxonomies to taxonomy pages in bulk and auto-apply them to your Listing Feeds.

Granular Taxonomy Sync

You can choose to sync all taxonomies (listing type, categories, regions, tags, and custom taxonomies) to your taxonomy pages, or you can choose only the taxonomies you’re interested in syncing.

Listing Feed Auto Sync

Whichever taxonomies you choose to sync, their corresponding taxonomy pages (Listing Type, Categories, Regions, Tags, or Custom Taxonomies) will automatically have their Listing Feeds configured.
Let’s look at an example for setting up a listing category page named Pizza.
  1. Create a page named Pizza
  2. Edit the page and add a Listing Feed widget
  3. Configure the feed settings, skipping all taxonomy settings since we’ll be syncing those in bulk with MyListing Pro
  4. Save changes
  5. MyListing Pro → Listing Feed Taxonomy Sync → Settings → Taxonomies → Categories → Enable
  6. Save changes
  7. Click Synchronize to apply the Category taxonomy to the Listing Feed
At this point, the Listing Feed on the Pizza category page should dynamically populate with listings assigned to the Pizza category.The steps are the same whether you’re creating a page for a listing type, category, region, tag, or custom taxonomy.
